Italian espresso in a classy can
With the Centopercento, the southern Italian roastery Mauro has created an espresso that consists of 100 % high-quality Arabica beans. The beans come from growing areas in Central and South America, including Brazil, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia and Puerto Rico. Due to the gentle long-term roasting at low temperatures, the aromas of the individual varieties can develop optimally. The espresso is characterized in particular by its fruity note with a hint of chocolate.
Traditional flavor profile
When prepared in a portafilter, the Centopercento develops a unique taste, full aroma and a stable, soft crema. The taste notes of the Centopercento are wonderfully balanced and also offer a long and pleasant aftertaste.
