With the Centopercento, the southern Italian roastery Mauro has created an espresso that consists of 100 % high-quality Arabica beans. The beans come from growing areas in Central and South America, including Brazil, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia and Puerto Rico. Due to the gentle long-term roasting at low temperatures, the aromas of the individual varieties can develop optimally. The espresso is characterized in particular by its fruity note with a hint of chocolate.
