The taste and mentality of the people are very different between northern and southern Italy. Coffees and espressos are stronger in southern Italy. The Mauro Premium consists of equal parts of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans. In terms of taste, the roastery from Calabria (southern Italy) has tried to interpret the preferences of its compatriots from the northern part of Italy.
