The Il Caffe del Bar from the roastery Caffé New York consists of 70 % Arabica coffee beans and 30 % Robusta coffee beans. In India and Asia, the Robusta beans were carefully cultivated. The noble Arabica coffee beans come from Central America, Brazil and Africa. The beans were roasted to a medium roast.
Espresso with intense, spicy notes
The medium-strong acids and the intense, rather dark roast harmonize perfectly. The taste is intense, strong and spicy. Fruity aromas also give the espresso its unique taste. The espresso from the Caffé New York roastery is great to prepare in the espresso maker, the portafilter and the fully automatic machine. The espresso is great as a classic espresso or in combination with milk as a cappuccino or latte macchiato!
