Filter coffee with notes of milk chocolate and cream
The filter coffee Eleane Mierisch Los Placeres Nicaragua from the roasting drum consists of 100 % Arabica beans. These were grown by the Mierisch family on the Finca Los Placeres and processed naturally by hand after picking. The coffee is gently decaffeinated in Bremen by the Caffein Compagnie using the CO2 process.

In the CO2 process, the beans are first treated with steam and then flushed with carbon dioxide for several hours. The caffeine is thus gently released. The coffee is drum roasted in Nuremberg and has a great taste with notes of milk chocolate, cream and black currants. The filter coffee is perfect for preparation in the classic filter coffee machine, AeroPress, Chemex, stamp pot and filter methods.
