Cultivated in Brazil by Paula and Fabricio
The espresso Paula's Sitio Estrella consists of 100 % Arabica beans of the Yellow Catuai variety. These were grown at an altitude of 900-1,100 m in Brazil. The farmers are called Paula and Fabricio Santini, Paula is the namesake of the espresso. The Seekind Coffee roastery maintains good relationships with the farmers and attaches great importance to ecological action and transparency.
Sweet notes of milk chocolate ensure a great espresso taste
The Arabica coffee beans were naturally processed. They have a medium roast and very little acidity. Notes of roasted almonds harmonize with the sweetness of milk chocolate. The espresso can be perfectly prepared in a portafilter, stovetop pot or fully automatic coffee machine. The result in the cup is wonderfully harmonious and sweet.
