Slowly grown in Colombia in a microclimate without direct sun
The Valle Del Cauca espresso from the Seekind Coffee roastery already reveals in its name where the high-quality coffee beans were grown. At an altitude of 1,500 - 1,950 meters the beans were carefully cultivated in Valle del Cauca, Colombia. They were then washed and processed. It is 100% Arabica coffee beans of the Red Bourbon variety.
Sweet and fruity notes of caramel and red fruit
The beans were grown on the Manantiales del Frontino farm in Colombia. There is a microclimate - so the coffee plants don't get any direct sun. Accordingly, the coffee bean grows very slowly and develops its unique properties. In particular, the sweetness of the coffee cherry can unfold so wonderfully. This leads to the wonderful taste of caramel and red fruits!
