Description
The coffee beans are grown organically by a large number of small farmers on the Indonesian island of Sumatra. Through dry processing with exposure to sunlight, the coffee beans absorb flavour components of the pulp as well as the earth. The result is a low-acid coffee with a powerful richness and a concentrated, earthy-sweet aroma as well as spicy hints of cinnamon and tropical woods.Since the quality in Sumatra varies due to the many, different small farmers, this coffee is only offered by Vee if they manage to buy first-class quality.
