For the Wilde Milde Arabica Blend, wild coffee uses carefully selected Arabica beans of the varieties Yellow Catuai, Catimor, Red Bourbon and Jackson. These come from the growing countries of Brazil (40%), Guatemala (30%) and Rwanda (30%). Created as a counterpart to the Wilderer Espresso, the Wilde Milde inspires with a fine, sweet taste with notes of berries and nuts.
Washed and naturally prepared
Different processing methods were used for the beans, so that part natural and part washed was processed. After a light to medium roast, the Wilde Milde is suitable for preparation with a hand filter in order to bring out the fine aromas in the best possible way. However, other filter methods and the fully automatic machine also achieve impressive results.
