Your machine or coffee grinder has a defect or does not work properly anymore? We are happy to offer you the service of a possible repair within your warranty. To register for a repair, please fill out the following form completely and as detailed/clearly as possible.
If you need a warranty replacement part, please also fill out the form below with all required information. Please do not send in any equipment without request!
If your coffee machine is a model of the manufacturer Nivona, we would ask you to contact Nivona directly with your request:
